International Foundation GroenLinks, IFG in short, is an ancillary institution of Dutch political party GroenLinks. For over 30 years we have been strengthening the democratic processes in Southeast and Eastern Europe and North Africa. We cooperate based on shared ideals with like-minded organisations and movements abroad. Those shared ideals are an inclusive, sustainable and fair society based on solidarity, regardless of one’s origin, nationality, gender or sexual preference. We strive to make the world a better place for this generation and generations to come.
In our 30 years of experience we have build a strong and diverse network that enables us to give well-suited training and advice to empower our partners. Our approach is unique because we build sustainable and equal partnerships.
Our budget is entirely composed of public funding by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs.
