The International Foundation GroenLinks is committed to internationally strengthen democratic processes in Southeastern Europe, the Eastern Partnership area of the European Union and the MENA region. Our mission is to contribute to the development of active, well-functioning and stable political parties and (youth) movements and the Green agenda to fight climate change.

IFG operates independently for over 30 years in the area and regions bordering the EU. We do this together with our Green and progressive partners. We encourage and support youth and women as agents of change. Together, we are building a programme of training, advice and mutual exchange of knowledge and experience. Our approach is to assist our partners enabling their own plans by giving them training and advice if they do so desire and by funding the activities they organise. It is this approach that is build on mutual trust and cooperation between our inspiration partners that makes a sustainable change to the world.
